eRinGo EV Concept Is a Three-Ring Circus
An Iranian designer has imagined a wild drum-shaped electric vehicle with two steering wheels, proving that freedom of automotive design is alive and well around the globe. The eRinGo, dreamed up by Tehran-based CG artist Mohammad Ghezel , features a passenger compartment in the middle of a giant wheel hub. An electric motor drives three rings that encompass the vehicle, while a gyroscope and two side wheels keep it upright even in sharp corners. Fanciful? Sure.
