Utilizing active aerodynamics, the front spoiler lip generates additional down thrust of up to 77 pounds at the front axle; while the flap on the new rear spoiler generates up to 187 pounds more downforce on the rear wheels. For optimal handling, the flap lowers, as soon as the car reaches a speed of 75 mph. In this way, the Gemballa adjusts to the outside conditions, ensuring perfect road holding characteristics. Every component on the Gemballa aerodynamics kit attributes to this: starting from the new front skirt with spoiler lip, over to the door extensions, and back to the diffuser and rear spoiler. The air duct system of the Gemballa MIG-U1 not only helps put the power to the pavement, is also allowed the engineers to work on the cars ventilation and cooling. Both the front and the back wheel-houses are supplied with cooling air, which in turn guarantees the best performance out of the high-performance braking system. The outlets behind the wheels ensure that the heated air does not pile up. Moreover, the air inlets behind the doors and on the roof supply fresh air into engine compartment behind the passenger cabin. The new air exhaust ducts end in and on top of the rear skirt.   Our apologies for posting a 3rd version of "Klintang" in 2 months, however this version is played better and somewhat different than the other 2 practice versions as this was supervised by the composer and national artist nominee, Dr. Santos himself. We were practicing at the University of the Philippines a few days before the national competitions and guess who appeared? .... Dr. Santos! We were honored and humbled and he gave us an instant master class on the finer nuances of his composition. The performance was at the Cultural Center of the Philippines last Nov. 15, 2009. == == == == == == == == == == == == == == == The piano piece "Klintang" as composed by Prof. Ramon Santos got its inspiration from the kulintang which is a row of 5 to 9 graduated pot gongs, horizontally laid upon a frame with the lowest pitched gong found to the player's left. The kulintang is traditionally played by our kindred Islam brothers of Southern Philippines, especially the Maranao and Maguindanao peoples. It is part of the larger gong-chime culture of Southeast Asia, especially of Indonesia and Malaysia. So many thanks for listening again.

After a downforce of 775 kg (1709 lb) is reached at 355.6 km/h (221 mph) the rear wing is actuated by computer to maintain that downforce.

  German tuners Gemballa, known for their work with Porsche cars, may have taken a stab at the Ferrari Enzo. The Gemballa MIG-U1 is either a limited edition or a privately-commissioned one-off model that missed its planned debut at the Dubai Motor Show. News of the car comes from the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group, a company that runs several automotive businesses from their offices in Dubai. They claim the car has a completely new exhaust, and not just new tailpipes. The car boasts a unique rear bumper and wing, new side sills, and a front bumper. It appears the car has LED daytime lights as well. It just wouldn't be a Gemballa without the roof-mounted air intake. Interior mods include quilted upholstery, dual-tone floor mats, and a video screen. We hope to find out more about this car's performance specs in the next few days. No word yet if the Gemballa MIG-U1 will appear at the Geneva Motor Show in March.
